These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wellness Hospitals website and digital services, including online appointment booking, the Wellness ONE membership program, and any digital communication channels operated by us. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Medical disclaimer

Content on this website — including articles, blog posts, department descriptions, and doctor profiles — is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified and registered medical professional for advice specific to your health condition. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read on this website.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or booking system.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without our written permission.

3. Appointments and bookings

Appointment requests submitted through this website are subject to slot availability and confirmation by our care team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive an explicit confirmation.

No-show policy: If you do not attend your appointment at the scheduled time without prior notice, the appointment slot is considered used and will not be reinstated. Please call us at +91 955 955 1 955 as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Please bring a valid photo ID and any relevant prior medical records or reports to your appointment.

4. OTP verification and communications consent

To confirm your identity during appointment booking, we send a one-time password (OTP) to the mobile number you provide. By entering your mobile number and proceeding with a booking, you:

• Confirm that the mobile number belongs to you or that you have the consent of the number holder.
• Consent to receiving OTPs and appointment-related SMS/WhatsApp messages from Wellness Hospitals on that number.
• Acknowledge that standard messaging rates from your telecom operator may apply.

We do not use your mobile number for unsolicited marketing without your separate consent. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at care@wellnesshospitals.co.in.

5. Online payments

Online payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. Wellness Hospitals does not store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials. For payment disputes or refund queries, please contact our billing team through the Contact Us page. Refund timelines are subject to the payment gateway's processing schedule.

6. Wellness ONE Membership — Terms & Conditions

6.1 Eligibility

The Wellness ONE Membership Program is open to all individuals who complete registration and provide the required personal details and verification documents. Enrollment approval is subject to the Program's internal policies, and Wellness Hospitals may accept or reject applications at its discretion.

6.2 Membership benefits

Members are eligible for fixed discounts on selected healthcare services as defined under their chosen plan. Discount percentages, applicable services, and limits are determined by the Program and may be revised at any time. Benefits are valid only at Wellness Hospitals locations.

6.3 Non-transferability

Membership is strictly non-transferable and may be used only by the registered member. Any misuse, sharing, or attempted transfer of membership benefits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

6.4 Validity and renewal

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation unless otherwise specified. Renewal terms, benefits, and pricing may change as per Program policies, and updates will be communicated before expiry.

6.5 Discount usage and limitations

Discounts are subject to plan-wise limits, including maximum discount amounts per visit, per service, or per membership year. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly approved by the Program. Wellness Hospitals holds final authority on discount eligibility, benefit usage, and interpretation of limits.

6.6 Data privacy

Personal information collected for the Membership Program will be used solely for Program management, healthcare coordination, communication, and service updates. Data will only be shared with authorised partners when required to deliver Program benefits. The Program adheres to Wellness Hospitals' Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws to safeguard member information.

6.7 Referral program

Referral benefits apply only when the referred individual successfully completes registration and verification. Wellness Hospitals may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

6.8 Service exclusions

Discounts do not apply to non-listed services, elective surgeries, cosmetic procedures, or non-medical expenses unless specified. Service eligibility and coverage may depend on medical necessity as determined by Wellness Hospitals.

6.9 Termination

Wellness Hospitals reserves the right to cancel membership in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, false documentation, or violation of these Terms. No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to misuse or fraud. Wellness Hospitals may terminate or suspend any individual membership or the entire Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.10 Program changes and final authority

Wellness Hospitals reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue benefits, discounts, eligibility rules, or plan structures at any time. Wellness Hospitals has the final say on all matters related to interpretation of terms, benefit usage, and dispute resolution under the Membership Program.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Hospitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its digital services — including but not limited to loss of data, lost appointments due to technical failures, or reliance on information published on the site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the specific service in connection with which the claim arose.

This limitation does not apply to claims arising from clinical negligence, which are governed separately by applicable medical and consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, logos, brand marks, images, and assets on this website are the property of Wellness Hospitals or used under license.
